No. Numistep doesn't diagnose anything and doesn't ask for a diagnosis.
Is this therapy?
No. It's built with CBT-based techniques, but it isn't treatment and doesn't replace help from a professional.
What if I miss a day?
Nothing is lost and nobody scolds you. The next step simply gets smaller.
How do I cancel?
Two taps in Settings. No emails to support, no calls.
Do I need a card?
No. Numistep is free while we're in early access. When paid plans open, you'll get an email first — with the price and the date — and you choose.
Can I get a refund?
There's nothing to refund while it's free. Once paid plans open, you can get a refund within 14 days of a payment, with one button in Settings.
How long does it take each day?
Two minutes to start. Stay longer only if you want to.
Does it work if I take medication?
Numistep gives no advice about medication and never asks about it.
What happens to my data?
We keep only what the app needs, your email and name are never sent to the AI, and you can download or delete everything in Settings.
